Our Services in detail

The Know-How stands alone among local programs available targeting immigrants in Ontario by an innovative approach that within the French-speaking immigrant community, multiplies opportunities to prosper in the labor market and business. You are an immigrant possessing training or work experience outside of Canada in accounting, taxation, finance, tourism or customer service.You want to quickly enhance your academic and professional achievements with employers in Canada without having to go back to school or accepting underemployment below your qualifications.You want to adapt your expertise or acquire transferable skills that will allow you to excel in your career in order to obtain better jobs with better wages.


We offer simplified training that will help you efficiently acquire the knowledge necessary to enhance your profile in the eyes of Canadian employers.Our courses are customized to help you acquire the knowledge and skills you need to achieve your full career potential and gain Canadian work experience as quickly as possible.We build programs designed precisely for you, aimed at assisting your career and your quest to obtain a sustainable qualified position as well as exceed your professional objectives in Canada.


We study the spectrum of employability in Canada and target professional fields holding the best employment rate. Our courses are pragmatic and tailored specifically in the following five areas:

  • Accounting
  • Taxation
  • Finance
  • Tourism
  • Customer service


Each course lasts a total of 24 to 48 hours depending on the career goals that you have outlined with our personal advisor.Training is offered at our Toronto East office located at 1920 Yonge Street, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Online resources are also available for you to reinforce your training at any point.

Entrepreneurship is a personalized and efficient support service which allows Francophones with innovative ideas and projects to create and developed their businesses.

It encourages francophone immigrants to become savvy entrepreneurs in order to stimulate innovation, productivity, job creation and local economic growth.

The business education, networking opportunities and access to capital are provided to sustain participants in their personal development and in the creation of their own successful businesses.


The support service ALL IN ONE helps you build your business from top to bottom by offering all of the following services for 12 consecutive months:

  • Analysis of ideas and wording of business plan
  • Business start-up (incorporation, business registration)
  • Website designing, IT support, communication/marketing
  • Financing and Subvention
  • Monthly accounting and bookkeeping
  • Annual budgeting
  • Personalized support to make your business profitable that creates jobs
  • Inventory management support (if need may be)
  • Financial statement and tax return preparation


This program is offered following a public project call where 20 projects are annually selected. In addition to our free our personalized ALL IN ONE support, a start-up subvention of $20,000 will be attributed to each program beneficiary.
